Out of range mimic kill on a RL 2 (7 original kills, 9 total.)
HUBBA gives choice: Jail or pay back LCK. TheEnd fails to give all the LCK back, and kills the RL 2 two more times (one shove kill, one mimic kill in town). Also lies about it when confronted.

Released July 08th - I think his week is up.
(Time in jail = 1 week, 3 days)
Recommend force remort or jail + tempban for next punishment. Jail alone does not appear to be a deterrent.
