We had about a one hour chat today about this whole situation and he felt that there would be some sense of closure had somebody acknowledged his innocence under a couple topics.  I am declaring the following info.  Take it for the truth and pursue it no further.

1)  EVIL_INC is not nor ever has been "Bub".
2)  He did not start/run the fake temp server.

The last clear was 2,739 days ago as of March 28, 2012.  We're more or less eternal by this point.

Light from our sun has been to all three stars in the Centauri system since, passed Barnard's star years ago, and will be visiting Wolf 359 this July (2012).
