Does anyone know where i can find the most PCRPG mod to host?
 or a deraj custom mod, version 1, 2.0 or 3.0, smos prefered
or does anyone know where i can find OW, please,

and also i have a problem hosting.. i can see it but no one else can, help me please.!1

The most up-to-date version  will be the one you create.  The mods you see on the master server are custom mods created by the server owners and their dev teams.  

The reason you can see your tribes server and no one else can is for many different reasons,

1st, did you register with the master servers?
2nd do you have a router and if so... did you set up your port forwarding?

there are many possibilities, and many more solutions. several members of this forums are very talented programmers that can help you.  it depends on the person, but don't expect them to give you their mod or reveal their code.  as you probably know , codemongers are usually pretty secretive about how they get things to work.
