To be honest, were I you (and this is by no means any sort of insult or jab because I understand you are young and have simply not had the experience in leadership roles some of the rest of us have), I would spend less time nitpicking at people you have personal issues with and learning the details of your position and how to do it effectively and consistently. ya |
