Post by: Sinister on August 8, 2004 01:32 pm CDT: I would first like to say that I'm glad we have admins that will kick you at the drop of a hat. I dont know why I'm posting this because nothing will be done about it.

I got that after plugging my web address in global chat. My website is host to nothing but RPG stuff. How is that not relevant to the game. I also stated something to the effect of Entropy coming on the server about every 10 days or so and thinking he can bully ppl around. Oh yeah, I called him a dick too. Still there is no grounds for a disconnect();

I hope that goes well for you. It will since the admins only care about kicking people that are more die hard than they will ever be.

I didnt understand why advertising your website in the first place (no matter what it was about) was a bad thing to do. But I guess he's kind of mad about all the adds and spam on diablo2 and he doesnt want particles to turn into a giant billboard.

Admins should always follow the rules. But you must also remember that you have to respect the admin and the rules. Respect for an admin is a rule. I only kick people for 1. Breaking a rule after they have been warned or jailed. 2. offensive talk. ie. saying someone or something is gay. that gets you zero warning. I expect the players on the server to be more mature than that. 3. spam.

I follow the rules as to how to punish someone is they break a rule. And if you dont like the fact that there are rules and punishments then you shouldnt play on the server.
