multiple characters involved FYM / Nemesis / siayer

recommend a temporary ban of unknown time length.  This player will wait the time out and attack the community again when able to... if such punishments are ineffective character clear and / or ban would NOT be too extreme.

7 days no afking in jail. If character is seen afking in sever, the character should be kicked immediately.
