I have a little thought here... When these fakes log on, look at their pl, look how many times they drop, look at Choas, same everything, pl hovers at 3, always drops from server... says his char dont work, isnt it starting to make sense? well it does to me, he says the exact same phrases too...

well, till we catch this guy, ima keep my eyes on you choas, until proven not-guilty, ur in my sight at all times :lol: we need something done about this real quick, we all have to deal with this guy, whoever it is, and settle it... if there is anything i can do plz tell me so i can help get this server back on track and stop the fear of their char being hacked next.

I have been having a LOT of problems with my internet. But i got a text message about this on my phone and im on a "pay to surf" ISP. My internet lasts about 3 minutes before it cuts off. and thats if i can even connect to the internet at all. And this morning when it was suposed to have happend i was in a court and i have proof.This is forking bullmalarkey Zartek that you could even BEGIN to blame this on me. My character has been wiped because of a fault. And it will be back up as soon as Particle gets FTP access.. And let it be known that i will be looking for you Zar.. choas, if you were indeed demigod, you could let them know that you were capable of walking away out of the blast area. those pics dont incriminate you of being the hacker. lots of people here make those threats but that doesnt mean they are nessessariliy the responsible parties.

He was justified in his actions in that it is only a matter of courtesy to allow others to do the remort trick rather than an official rule.
I was justified in defending myself since that is allowed in the official server rules set forth by Particle.
Either way, it is over with, so there is no need to carry on about it.
I only posted about it because I had thought that he was hacked. Seeing that that assumption was incorrect, There is no need to discuss it any further.

I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean the situation I can explain the story.
I was asked to join a party in uber when I went there to level.
The person was trying to do the remort trick.
Choas came in and would not join the "uber party". When asked politely to allow the person to do the trick (which would have helped us all by getting them the extra levels and Choas and myself having to share exp with one less person) He refused and attacked the uber instead.
The person and I asked him a second time to allow the person to Remort off of the next one just in case he had missed the first request.
Rather than comply, choas started shoving the person off of the corner into the ubers as well as attacking the ubers themselves. When the person tried to get away from the ubers, choas again shoved him into it and blocked his retreat in an effort to kill the person.
I asked him to stop explaining how it would help us all. This is when choas started shoving ME into the uber and attempting to mug me. Since the rules set forth by particle allow a single kill for stolen items, I targeted him as a warning. Rather than take the hint, he directly attacked me so I was forced to defend myself (again, directly allowed by server rules).
Did I kill him? no (would I have been within my rights if I had? yes.)
So, as you can plainly see, choas did not officially break the rules as he was using the ubers to do the dirty work of attempted pk and allowing others to remort trick unmolested is merely a matter of courtesy.
I did not break any rules as I was allowed to kill him once, but failed to even do that.
Did anyone lose anything? no?
Is there any reason for this to turn into an argument? no.
I merely made the post because I had thought that his character was hacked and thought that I would give everyone a heads up so the problem could be fixed.
So, the problem was more apparant than actual and the events that had brought that seeming problem into light is over and done with.
Should you wish ss, I'll be more than happy to provide them. (although since they can easily be faked, there is no more reason to believe one sent to you by me than by him.) You could also ask the other parties involved.
But again, it is over.

And check out the server's website. Particle has the official end all server rules posted there. They specifically state that you may kill someone who mugs/attempts to mug you a single time per offence and that if the other person attacks you first, you may defend yourself.
So, I was perfectly justified in defending myself to the point of you running away. If I had actually been TRYING to kill you, I'da went after you rather than going about my business as I did. So you never even died.
Therefore, it is as has been put forth, NO rules of any kind were broken. you are forgiven however for your impertenance becuase Courtesy is not absolutely required.

Also, I dont wish to argue Ozzy, but when you press pageup, it does not show all the lines that it should. There could have been some missing lines where Choas did hit Inc. first. It could happen. *shrug*
But Choas, there is NO REASON for not joining a party. There should be NO REASON for shoving an innocent into Uber.
Also, what is Ozzy's rule of No PKing? Is PKing not allowed altogether? Or did you just make this rule up, Choas?

There are also no special rules that apply only to specific players. The server rules are clearly outlined in the listing as put forth by particle. try reading them. Actually, there are a lot of tplayers on the server who would gain by doing so.

I was indeed targeted. When someone mugs you, they specifically have to target you to mug. you dont "accidentally" mug someone, you have to be targeted to have it done.
And the doctored pic that was shown where I targeted him shows nothing incriminating. I was mugged so therefore allowed to kill in order to attempt to recover it. That in no way represents anything wrong. Since I did not kill him, there would have been nothing wrong even if i wasnt allowed to defend myself, which in fact I AM.
did you find it funny that the doctored pic does not show a pic? that is because he is hiding the fact that he is mugging me. my undoctored ss show the ENTIRE picture which demonstrates my innocence since HE was the aggressor and NOT I.

Then again, as crash pointed out, choas made the mistake when altering his ss of not fixing the fact that untill it tells him i want him dead, i would automatically miss him. This means that he HAD to have previously targeted me beforehand. and as my unaltered pics show of this previous action, HE assaulted ME.
As for me telling lies, let me know when I start because I have not yet. You have a personal vendetta against me and have been conspiring with your buddies to set me up for a long time now. each and every time someone brings charges like this up, I provide evidence and proof to show that the accusations are unfounded. Then out of frustration you just call me a lier despite proof otherwise and yell it untill you convince yourself.
My only "crime" is being someone who is willing to tell the truth despite others not wanting to hear it and not kissing up.
Remember this is not an issue about anyone bringing any charges against me (although it was tried and failed, it was a matter of ME bringing up an entirely different issue.
Choas was acting in a manner totally unlike himself and useing phrases and words that were identical to those used by the hacker. I was trying to help him and the rest of the server out by letting you know that there was a possibility of him having been hacked.
This was possible because in previous situations, the hacker would use only a single stolen character at a time and then switch off to another only after he was busted on one and had had the character taken back away from him. I thought that choas was the next to be used in this manner and was hoping to help him by getting his character returned.
So, now that the issue is well and truly settled, lets get back to the task at hand.... playing and having fun.

Rest assured that my days of rulebreaking have been behind me for a LONG time. I DID used to break a few rules in my lower remorts (as has everyone) If I decide to do so again, I will own up to it if confronted. My honesty and sense of honor would not allow me to do otherwise.

However, in the ss you have showed, not once did you have any evidence that choas had targeted you first etc.. that just shows m3th attacking you, and choas mugging you..
I had allready stated that mugging wasn't the problem. Now(thanks to crash) that Choas has edited the ss to make yourself look bad, he is going to get it..
You haven't proven yourself innocent because you have no evidence relating to the situation HOWEVER, his evidence is now invalid so it goes back to an even standpoint.
