Subsection A: General Player Conduct
Players on the server are expected to follow a basic pattern of behavior. That behavior is being nice, courteous, and respectful of the other players on the server. You are not entitled to play on the server and have no more rights than any other player on the server. You are allowed to do whatever it is that maximizes your concept of the game and of having fun, granted that it does not violate this rule set or otherwise infringe upon the other players of the server, the operation of the server, or cause any technical problems with the game itself.
Subsection B: Specific Etiquette and Courtesies
As a player on this server, you are expected to follow a code of etiquette. It is not very difficult to do, as it is really just an adaptation of common manners. Here are some things that you are specifically forbidden to do:

For the recent behavior in server and on forums, including the insults, and total disregard for Admin authority,
Temporarily banned
Ban will be lifted when acknowledgment of the infractions, acceptance of the responsibility, and a proper apology is made.
The Admin staff will not suffer these indignities that have been placed upon them. Additionally the PCRPG community will not be required to suffer these type of actions and behaviors.
The General rules are as follows and i quote...

With this simple understanding of the core rules of game play as specifically outlined in the Guidelines for punishment, The continued disdain for Admin authority and disregard for proper conduct has justified the intentional increase in punishment to a temporary ban pending compliance of the directives. further violations will result in additional punishments of increased severity.

Failure to follow the instructions of a Peacekeeper or Admin
ALL TOONS OF THIS PLAYER WILL BE JAILED UPON CONNECTION TO THE SERVER AND KEPT JAILED TILL THE PLAYER COMPLIES WITH THE PEACEKEEPERS INSTRUCTIONS.

Addtionally it should be noted that this player is #4 ranked on the doghouse and has proven by his continuious disregard for the dules governing player interaction, communication and general conduct he is not going to change and tougher punishment should be installed.
It is recommended and requested that a 30 day suspension be enforced to ensure the player understands his/her responsibilities both in game and in forums.
Until such suspension is enforced, all toons will be confined that are belonging to this player and played from this players IP.
