Good Valentines Ideas?

I am tryin to think of something different and creative to do with a girl on valentines day, right now im thinking of goin to the dallas world aquarium (heard its really pretty) and then out to eat! i dont wanna do the usual movie and dinner, its so predictable, i hate that, anyone got any other creative ideas and such? and what is everyone doin on valentines day?
