Cellblock is a real problem(not long plz read)

Can we get a perm ban on cellblock in the server...just a few minutes ago he was mimic killing (not against the rules) but he was casting into town killing newbies lvl 20 and under and all...if i remember correctly, killing under lvl 20 is plain wrong, killing ppl in town is wrong...and i have screenshots to prove it...i said if he keeps this up he will most likley get a char clear, but he said "no problem, ill just be back in a week with another admin jacked character"...that is why i ask for a perma ban from server...pls respond.  if you need the pic's plz gimme your email and ill send them...

yeah he was there and he was acting cocky that he wont get punished and he was doing what was said in the above. i killed him like 3 times and tried to prevent him from mimicing but he was determined to ruin the gameplay for lowbies and eventually got mimiced and ect.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

I've had alot of complaints about him but people tell me that every time I join he drops. So it's kind of hard for me to take action on this.  But beleive me i've been trying.

Particle apparently deleted CellBlock's character.... I took that opportunity to claim the name, since it's not really hacking if the character isn't there at all.

I'm gonna turn him into a Cleric and he shall spend the rest of his natural life healing the people he killed. =)

If particle would ban his ip range then that would take care of most of the problems on the server, considering that they are all friends and live in the same area.
