The Pub
« on: December 22, 2002 02:56 PM GMT »
Since we seem to have a habbit of going extremely off topic, I have created this thread for talking about anything. No particular topic, it can change any time. Please try to keep your posts in other threads related to the topic. No reason a Welcome thread should end up with people eating puked puke.

This is being sticky'd for easy access.

The last clear was 3,063 days ago as of February 15, 2013.  That is over eight years ago, folks; not that such things are incredible selling points anymore.

Light from our sun has been to all three stars in the Centauri system since, passed Barnard's star years ago, whizzed by Wolf 359 last July, and passed Lalande a month or so ago.  We'll be heading by Sirius this year on April 28.

Umm. Is there a Yoda action figure? If so, I'd be him because of that ending scene in Episode 2. He can still kick ass.

If not, then GI Joe because I don't know of any other action figures!

I would want to be a crash test dummy. I could make all my limbs fall off, and then put them back in without problems.

Turboman is the action figure that everybody wants for Christmas in that Arnold Schwartzeneggar movie:  Jingle All the Way.

Turboman's sidekick, booster, is a pink sabertooth tiger.

If it doesn't disturb them, then they are pre-disturbed.

Yikes.  Just... yikes.

Please remove that animated gif from your sig as well.  You're draining my bandwidth even more--which you seem to be good at in the first place =)
