Iv'e never seen anyone ever do it differently than mm/dd/yy and i've filled out many forms for jobs/banks/etc..  that would be annoying as hell if people did it differently.

This will never happen again in the mm/dd/yy format (for NFY and Celtic) except 12 hours later at 1:23 PM on the same day (for Dirk).
