A contest
« on: April 24, 2006 12:12 PM GMT »
Hey, it's sinister.  I'm trying to win a contest and I need supporters.  The local radio station is doing a contest to see who is the biggest Staind fan.  I really really wanna win.  You get to meet the band and you get in for free to their show.  It's come down to me and one other person to win.  If you want to see my entry you can go to http://www.edgetulsa.com and read the article, then follow the link to watch the video.  Or, you can just go to my personal page and download the higher res video from there.  The link there is:  http://70.177.71.176:28004/cemetery/news.html

chuck@edgetulsa.com

email chuck and tell him you like the video.  All votes must be in by midnight CST.  Thanks everyone.

The last clear was 3,063 days ago as of February 15, 2013.  That is over eight years ago, folks; not that such things are incredible selling points anymore.

Light from our sun has been to all three stars in the Centauri system since, passed Barnard's star years ago, whizzed by Wolf 359 last July, and passed Lalande a month or so ago.  We'll be heading by Sirius this year on April 28.

Yeah, I started doing it early this year.  I thought it would be a good idea...and people seem to like it.  Episode four is due any time now.
