Problem in CS

Hey guys.  Everytime I get into counter strike, and click "PlayCS">"Play Online", the game freezes right at that spot.  I'm just wondering if its just a problem with WON, or if I need to reinstall HL.

Oh good.  Thanks.  I didnt want to go through that painful 1 1/2 - 2 hour process of installing HL>Downloading CS>Updating Hl for a loooong time.

half out? save the updates reinstall takes 5 minutes then just run updates...

The thing is, i have the habit of always deleting my downloaded files  :oops:

Like before I formatted my comp a week ago, my folder that held all the things I had downloaded in one week was over 4 GB large.

i re-installed my cs and it still screwed up, so its not cs, its won.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.
