Does anyone have this?
or know how to disable it?

plus  whats the path name for "msconfig" or how can I get into it without using "Run"?

Why not use run?  does it not appear on your start menu?  If not, press the window key (the one between ctrl and alt) and press r.

windowkey+r = run

If you are trying to cause damage to the computers, havinga  boot disk is always handy. You can have it boot off the disk, and install anything you want on the computer.

XP pro (at the least, not certain with any 2k versions) does have MsConfig.  But it isn't functional in the way it was in 9x's.

It's the exact same msconfig that was in W9X that is in XP Pro.  And yes, boot up with the proper drivers to be able to read NTFS partitions and you can do what ever you like.  Even delete \Windows.

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).
