Characters not loading in server

Trying to connect to the server... once you get in a message pops up says "If your character does not load in 5 or 10 seconds contact an admin" then it never loads.

Give it time. If I remember correctly I've had this happen to me once, I just tried to join hours later and it seemed to be working fine again.

Yeaa Server has a problem with connection since last night.
and Particle noticed about it on PCRPG site.
