Shorty being good Plz Read

I have had a talk with shorty about all the stuff he ben saying and doing. I know he gets mad at time and go off. But I have gave him 2 of his guys back. But I did not give him strongbad I dont know whare he got it or if ozzy or part wants me to give him back I will have to ask about that. So I told him to go by the ruls and just be good and play nice. We did have along talk about it I dont feel like typeing it all in so I will leave at that. But plz plz do not start picking on him and being meen to him if hes makeing a effort to play nice and go by the rules. He gave me his word that he would do as we talk about. I have gave him 2 chances and this will be 3. This is the last chance I will give him. If one of the uthere admins want to give him more changes that find by me. But I will not I will wipe my hands of shorty if he dont do as we talk about.  

So I ask one more time PLZ PLZ PLZ do not pick or kill or anything out of the rules to shorty if hes being good. That will just start it all back up. And I did tell him if someone dose pick on him or kill out of the rules on him. For him not to start it all back up but to take SS of it and send it to me I gave him my msn and I have ben in the server with diffint names as well so im watching.

I know I know hes ben a pain in the past but people do pick on him alot to. So in all farness. I want to give him one more shot at doing right by the server and by all of you. Thats Y I posted to let you all know whats going on with him.

I've only been back a week for 2 but shorty hasnt been all that bad in the first place, just killled a couple lowbies, nothing any of the other highbies havent done. ;-)

Nurosaki says that Shorty is a nice intelligent person when you sit down and talk with him. He just doesn't like to be picked on. A automatic response system, you threaten him and he merely attacks back. That's how I see it anyway. I had the same problem, only I solve it by becoming the best. Mostly had to deal with real life can be applied in the digital world too.
