Title: Beta Server Temp Down

The beta server has (and will be) down until I finish the next revision.  It should be running tonight with some new surprises.

Alright, I did some organization with the new data for PCRPG.  The new beta revision (3.80dev at the moment) will be released tonight to the server.  There aren't going to be a lot of changes, but there will be one obvious change (and a lot of misc tweaks).  Back to work, I guess.

Ok, I solved pretty much all remaining problems and now I just need to get creative.  Server DEFINATELY will be up by tonight.
