i cant log on ::cries:: i tried about 20 times and it timed out everytime

i tried for almost an hour and it would never log on, i could chat with ppl for a few seconds but i could not get on the server i even reinstalled RPG and the updates and it still dont work

That's because my character is always hacked, or the password changed.. :\
