Title: New IS forums

Particle why dont you Host new IS forums? It would start the ball rolling again.  You could programe and stuff...Think about it. Get the old dev (only the ones that worked hard) and ask them about it. What do you think?

I think you should bend over, and host the forums out of your ass. That's about the only place IS has ever been. It's dead, done, over. There is nothing you can do to help it, Celtic, get over it. That was a rather arrogant thing for you to do, to come here and ask Particle to host something as pitiful as IS.

Agnt..take my word for it. IS was FAR from dead. The Dev team just didnt keep anyone informed at all. As particle said. All IS needed was a organised Dev team. You have NO IDEA how close IS was to a mayor release. And i know a lot of the dev want to get back up and going again. But unless they see a website that shows them that they can do the work and not worry about the forums been taken down .....AGAIN!

I guess you didn't ever know that I came pretty damn close to being the leader of the DEV team? Didn't think so.

Anyways, why do they need forums and a website to be able to work? Next, their demand is gonna be for someone to send them some source code so that they can rename it IS and call it their own.

Well I think it is because of the attitude he has shown us for the past months has been so malarkeyty that people now just think of him as an asshole who has no respect for anyone.

When people are outcast like that, I think there is no coming back into the group.  When you bring up Celtic in a conversation, it quickly turn sour no matter who you talk to, and that is because of all the malarkey he has done in the past and said he wouldn't do in the future.  I believed that he could have changed when he said he would, but he just kept it up and eventually lost my trust in him.

But honestly, his idea isn't that great to begin with.  I think it will just ruin what good of a community we have here if all the sudden this turned into another IS forum.

I wasnt saying that we should intergrade the 2 communities.. I was saying that particle has the resourses and knowledge to host another server. A last ditch attempt to get IS back on track once more.

Ok guys IS is not Dead. I had a chat with some other Dev on ICQ lastnight and it is alive and kicking. The forums went down , but something is being done about it. It was not our fault they went down. It was the host that shut down the forums.

Anyway, I have been Told by Trident him self that I have a few things to fix up before they can be added to the game. Also, from what I understand, there is a 200meg or so release coming soon.
So again, IS in NOT dead, just a small set back due to a few things.

Jason's right. I have zero respect for Celtic. None at all. And you know what? He doesn't deserve any, either. How many times has he said he's changed? He won't, he hasn't, and he will get nothing more than my constant and unfaltering requests for him to get the hell out of here. He's never added to any conversation that he hasn't ruined later, and never fails to threaten denizens of this server and attempt to insult us all.

I want that asshole gone, and nothing will change that. My patience with him wore out a long time ago.

Well, around here he's had a bit of a history.  He's done a lot of things he shouldn't have, like mess with my website (my fault for exposing a password) and stealing characters.  I've forgiven him for those things, but most people haven't.

I suck up to the dev? LMAO thats the funniest think i have ever heard. Particle is/was in the dev and do i suck up to him? NOP! Sometimes he is a cool guy and sometimes he isnt. When he isnt at least i have the balls to tell him so, when he is.. i usually tell him too.  I dont ask for anyones respect around here, this isnt my life, and i dont crave respect online like a lot of you guys. But i have a LOT of respect for Goodie because in my eyes he is the hardest working dev member, He works NON STOP! at trying to make things for you guys and all you can do is badmouth IS and say its dead. Its gonna die if everyone keeps talking about it like that.  If you like me ....good...if you dont like me ...me dont care ....im going shopping

Knowing particle would have backup of his database, i simply exploited a  weak part of the forums. While taking the time to speak my mind about some people and stair things up a little .  Thats what hackers/crackers (not saying in one of them) do to HELP webmasters.

The IS forums HAVE been down a good while so it might indeed be a good idea to have a talk with the powers that be there to see bout getting something back up for it. If not part doing it than at least someone so long as the IS community does not founder through a lack of communication.

I'd like to participate in a realistic and serious discussion for once instead of a childish "me bettern than your" type thread.


I think that it's not a bad idea G-Unit... though it's truly up to Particle.

Would you be willing to deal it out Particle?  Like I said in an other thread... if I indeed had the time I would like to, but I really can't... or don't because it's just too much work for my lazy-accustomed posterior at the moment.

Still a good idea I'd say though, as Particle looks to be skilled in the ways of the webmaster.
