Rules for THIS server.

someone tried to kill me, because I was afk and training weight capacity.

I am new to Tribes. I am new to Particles Custom RPG.

I dont know what the rules are and would like to see them written down somewhere. I hear this and that is illeagle and some I dont even know what they are...

I got suckered into helping someone power rank once.. someone was kind enough to remove the house after I found out it was wrong.

then I found out about the afk thingy... someone dumped me in the water I wasnt really afk I was surfing the web came back to check and I was drowning.

then eViL tells me thats the kinda people he hates...

do you want new and fresh people coming to the server? or do you wish to keep it stagnant?


sorry very upset at the moment.

I am only RL 1 now I'm no where near as experienced as people like eViL I havent had the time nor anyone willing to explain to me all the rules.

it upsets me that people try to kill me over things I dont even know. I asked for where I could read the rules and they laughed at me and ignored me.

Don't listen to what people say is legal or illegal.  If you do something wrong and get caught, we'll let you know.  Generally, just play and don't harass anybody (or cheat!) and you'll be just fine.

Thats the problem I dont know what constitutes cheating =(

is running in a circle while afk to train weight capacity cheating?

No, but I suggest if you're going to then do it somewhere remote and not right outside a town (and especially near a river :P ).  AFK in this server means to a lot of people "A Free Kill"  so you're lucky you didn't die actually.  So, if you are going afk, don't say it globaly and do it somewhere remote.  As for the server rules being written down...they were once and might still be, but no one has payed any attention to them in a long time.  If you don't know about something being illegal (like power ranking) then ask someone who's know.

ok, wanna know the first few rules to the server

1) DO NOT GO AFK (Training/Leveling)
2) follow #1 or bad things happen
3) don't piss off the stronger people
      *cuz i'm not always there to stop them*  :P

and another thing, i know most of the rules as particle/ozzy have told them to me over time, so i do make some decisions in the server about whether it is on not legal based upon what they have told me over a period of time, for the other stuff *signs onto msn and asks particle* =P

and just for the afk part, i hate afk people no because they are afk, but i hate them when they go afk for past 45 minutes and then come back and start making comments about being afk.

Yeah, that's pretty much it.  Being AFK isn't exactly against the rules, but what you do while AFK can be.  Also, people like to feast on AFK's.

Things like this do *NOT* need to be posted publicly for the whole server to see.  Send these kind of accusations to Part and Part only please.
