I just realized something.  I really am a big guy.  No matter how much weight I lose, or the fat percentage I have on my body, I am a really big guy.  My shoulders make me look like a friggin linebacker.

I am proud that I am big.  And I am going to prove it by making myself ripped.

Oh believe me, I am a big guy.  I angle myself, and the camera also does a little trick I guess, and I look alot thinner.  But I still am not fat anymore.

Darwin hold old are ya,, i wouldnt worrie about having a few extra pounds,,, which i dont think ya do,,,  i am sure by the time you hit 21 or so,, you will have grown right into it,,,

if it bothers ya ,, lift a little,,,,  or going running with dog in the park or where ever else  most females hang in that area....
