DiceKilla - PK Problems.

DiceKilla just came up and beat the crap out of me in violation of PK Rules. In this case it was the "20 Percent" rule. He PK med while he was lvl 65 and I was lvl 47. He has PKed me previously and has been jailed be GE. This time he PKed me on the idea that I was lying the PREVIOUS time I had been PKed.

I would attach the images, but this board dosent seem to support that.

did he: target you? (if so then the 20% rule doesnt apply because thats wat the targeting limit fixes)  mimic kill you? or are you both in a house

I targerted him,

He lied and got me jaild so i  targeted him the next day and pkd him.

AND if you want proof that he lied i will show you the screen shot of him admiting he was afk the first time i killed him.

... When did I say I was AFK? What part of I am NOT AFK dont you understand. I didnt react the first time simply because I didnt realise. (Due to the fact i had my screen at a wide angle and the chat window was scrolling pretty fast)

And Correct me if Im wrong, but isnt 20 percent of 67, 13.4? And 67 - 14 = 53? I am only level 48 RIGHT NOW and I was level 47 when he pked me. So how dosent that violate the PK rules?

Due to the actions of previous players (who shall remain nameless), it is coded into the mod that you are unable to target someone who is below the % allowed. If you were targeted and it "worked" then you are within the range allowed.
And of course, if your both in houses, all bets are called anyway.
