Yes it is the unibomber, the composite made by the FBI even though none of the eyewitnesses ever mentioned seeing him in sunglasses nor in a hooded sweatshirt.  And when they searched his little shack they found nothing even resembling those two things.

Its the typical eyewitness.  They never really give the right information.

Nonono... the point is that the sketch artist who made that picture completely fabricated the sunglasses and hoody because he couldn't get any concrete information on the hair or the eyes...
