If it let you just delete the files, they should be good to go, unless your D drive had any sort of boot files.

For months I had trouble with my new PC's performance after I had used it for a while. One problem I found was spyware, which can be found in programs such as Kazaa. Use ad-aware (free program) and it will help you a bunch. Also, update your anti-virus. I was shocked when I found viruses and malicious scripts running on my computer. Most of them being, ahem, viruses from adult content (watch out for that pamela andersone and tommy lee video, its a stinker).
After working on my computer for an hour or so, it was purring like the day I bought it.

Deleting a zip file can in no way hurt Tribes, unless you play it out of a zip archive. Didn't you try deleting and reinstalling Tribes before formatting? Seems extreme.
-
no...cause my tribes isnt installed i instaleld it a long time ago and it was my bros and he got mad and took it and i copied it into a folder before he took it and uninstalled and thats the only existing version left....but no matter it works now

I'm sure you could get an ISO via Kazaa, IRC, or Google. Then again, I don't condone warez.
