Spawnpack Help

#spawnpack pack1 | Snake_TheMageMan SP 10

For some reason, it isn't even letting Snake pick up the pack..  I can't make it so a certain person only can get the pack.  Am I doing something wrong here?  I know * * is for anyone to get the pack..
