How much is done so far?  2% doesn't mean squat to me.  What have you done and what needs to be done still? (alot I'm sure)

I might be a little short tempered here, but doesn't it seem a bit disrespectful or if nothing else misplaced to be talking about a T:V RPG competitor's product or discussing development in here?

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Development doesnt start off with a bang.  Ozzy is probably having to mull through lots of boilerplate code before he can move it up a few stages.

You said you weren't doing anything for T:V. You said you were going to do something for UT2004.

To answer your question Sinister, I have it layed out like this:

1%-5% Planning
6%-15% Stripping base code and setting up the engine for the good stuff
16%-45% This is the beefy part.. All of the skill systems ect go here
46%-75% This is where the items, spells, and special abilities go (I plan on having too many to count - probably includes invintory system as well). Modeling/skinning will be added as it gets completed.
76%-85% This is where the mapping begins. At this point all the serious coding/modeling should be done. There will probably be an open beta about this time.
86%-99% This is where the storyline is complete.. All mapping is done. A full version will be released.
100% This will not happen untill the day the mod stops being worked on.

The reason it hasn't gone into the 6% yet is because I'm kinda stuck because I need a website to put up, and I haven't the time to do it alone with this, school, and work.

This has already progressed more in the VERY short time that I have worked on it than IS did in the first 6-8 months or more it was being worked on.

Yeah, that's a great idea in theory until people don't respond to PMs  *coughOzzycough*

Besides, he ignores the fact that I have offered to help him...  I'm sure I could get some support here for my abilities to code and I'm even willing to bet that after a *lengthy* discussion with Lucid, I could get some space for the mod off the orb pages. :-?

Just because I haven't  replied yet, doesn't mean I have ignored you. I just sometimes work like the federal goverment with these things.
