two of my best friends started doing e, after the first two pills they havent been the same since. i hang out with some really fark up kids, its depressing to see how they were once normal and now they are all fark hardcore druggies.
That sucks to hear..... :/ but you have to understand, the biggest factor in this sort of thing is the user's personality, not the drug itself. Your friends have addictive personalities. If it wasn't ecstasy, some other drug would have opened their minds eventually. There are people who can use powerful opiates like heroin responsibly without ruining their lives. And there are also people who can't even keep a handle on their weed and beer use, let alone anything else.
Ecstasy only changed them in so far as it was that particular drug that showed them what a powerfully altered state was like, and since they have addictive personalities, they took off with it. I think they would have become 'hardcore druggies' the moment they tried any hardcore drug.
It doesn't mean that they won't become "normal" again, though. If you do it too much and too often, any drug can become boring and mundane... even ecstasy.
