Yes actually, I do believe that, and magically, Particle does to (the one person who probably argues the most with me).

They built defective motors for their hard drives.  I remember reading where everyone was using fluid dynamic bearings, but Western Digital chose to use the older types of motors, whatever they may be, they were probably malarkey.

Probably Seagate and IBM. Although IBM may be making malarkey, now they used to make good ones.

I have a Seagate up in my room it's 4GB too. I but this corporate Dell doesn't allow me to stick in no more than two drives and two CD-Rom drives so I can't add space to my system.

You can't because that is the max per hard drive controller anyway.  The only way you could expand is by a RAID or SCSI pci card.

I should of known that. I just learned that last year in my Cisco Networking Academy class (IT Communications). I'm slipping have to keep up, but I don't have my own computer to practice on so I can't really expand my knowledge like I want to. You're so lucky.

I took that class as well, Junta..  hated every minute of it.  All we did was read chapters, take tests, and have an occasional lab where we got to work on the computers.

I did the same thing but I loved it. I didn't love it enough to learn the material completely which is why I failed the CCNA. But I had access to all the equipment and could use it whenever I felt like it usually as long as I wasn't effecting the rest of the class, like if a student was telneting into a router and I disconnected him, stuff like that. I want to reenter the class learn it and then pass the CCNA this time.
