Title: General dumbassery. With cars!
Post by: Vi on March 3, 2006 09:37 am CST
This is me and my friend nearly getting taken out by my other friend in his Silvia. http://http://youtube.com/watch?v=n-pMOitLRpI&search=Ryan%20drift%20killer

This was pretty fun to witness. We didn't catch the part where the guys almost took out some one on a skooter.

And finally, my car.

This is a bit old, I didn't have the suspension, sideskirts, or the muffler in this pic.

He forgot the camera was on. He was more concerned with not getting hit.
Heres another desperate act of boredom on Okinawa.

Hey, the camera guys from news crews risk their lives for some good shots, can't you? :P
And I always imagined japan with narrow streets and apartments stacked high...but i guess that's just what you see in the shots of the city. But Okinawa looks very nice. (My mom used to live there; tells stories about it all the time)

im not impressed with fusion. jl audio is what i stick to. had those subs for 4 years now and i bought them used and havent had a problem yet.

plus i know my car is a piece of malarkey do i dont even try. its alot worse than it was in those pics. haha i took underlighting out cus those all broke and ive been hit by couple deer so i have rust spots and primer in places. i spend my money on dirt bikes and other stuff

I got this new job.I make more now on commission alone..that i do in my last job. Not to mention my normal wage and my bonus, so buying a car and saving my 20k for college in sept isnt going to be a problem at all..

Besides, i'm 21, What else am i going to spend my money on, i got no bills and i've allways wanted either an impreza or a Prelude!

(now all i gotta do is get my licence heh, i've been driving without a licence for 4 to 5 years!)

Title:
Post by: NFY on March 4, 2006 03:58 pm CST
no it's not. having the ipod dock thing so you can charge it with an electrical outlet is handy..and even the itrip is a good thing to have.
Title:
Post by: WhoCouldIBe on March 4, 2006 04:15 pm CST

Title:

Title:
Post by: KoRo on March 4, 2006 10:15 pm CST
i got an itrip and seperate car charger..what I didn't realize though was how you get all the interference when trying to charge your ipod and play it at the same time. talk about annoying noisy malarkey

I find it hilarious that you put a Fusion >>>KIT<<< into a Ford Focus.

You suck. And who put that kit in for you?

Actually, look again, there is TWO fuson kits in the car. Also, the install wasn't compete at that stage, i was just getting the boot build mold sized up. Where's your car? Do you even have one?

I'm just a nut for polishing my car.  Nothing more.  I could care less about performance, so long as I dont have any swirls.

Spring break is next week, and I'm planning about a 6-8 hour polish/wax session with my baby.  London hasn't gotten the attention this winter that she had over the summer/fall:

I just like to pimp that picture.  Right now, it doesnt look so good.  My roommate put a dent in the side over 6 months ago, I'm still mad.  Winter's too cold to do full washing and waxing.  I actually ran it through an automatic washing (touchless).  Never again, the film that was left on it looked worse than the dirt that was there before.

I buff cars here at school in exchange for letting me borrow textbooks for the semester.  It's a good tradeoff, since most students couldnt afford the rates that are offered for detailing cars (which ranges between $100-300).
