Not all good players joined ladders or even clans. No one can really say who is a better player than another because each person brings his or her own style to the game.

People that play competativly play to be the best they can. The best competition players, ARE the best tribes players. Besides, if there was someone VERY good that didnt compete, he has no proof, so why should anyone even listen to him if he cant back it up. Competition is what PROVES you are the best. Im sure there are some decent players out there that never competed, but they lack the knoledge and tatics to compete.

No matter how good a player is, if he never played competativly, he seriously dosnt know what being good is. Matchs are totaly different that pubs, specialy when you play against better clans higher on the ladder, tactics totaly change.

JI is my god... HE BETTER COME BACK TO TRPG AND MAKE RPG FOR TRIBES VENJANCE.... i don't want trident making TRPG for Tribes Venjance... since they take forever and put a pause for about a year on it... and they JUST came out for the BETA for T2RPG....

I found competition to be fun. Playing to be good at the game. Being high ranked on diff ladders and being wanted in some of the top clans. Having factual information as to who you are better than. Not just "hey i own people on pubs and i my mom says im leet" like most mouthy newbs like to think.

Matchs/scrims and even pickups are MUCH more fun than any pub, where you have random idiots that dont know wtf they are doing playing.
