Sadly he will probably die an early age due to heart failure.The heart is one big muscle and will probably grow to large and give out. His only chances to live will be transplants.

Ive noticed that lots of German people are big like that. Is that just what they show in the media, or is it something cultural too? Same goes for Russians...some, not all. I know some pretty skinny Russians  :shock:
