tokath doesnt have jelly's ip so i have no idea, part will have to check on that one

This happened a while back as well, though he claimed it was on accident.

Had another connection spam attack tonight at 4:50-4:55am central.
IP didn't match any known player, so it may have just been a random attack.

I seriously doubt he would be stupid enough to use his own name if he didn't plan to take credit for the attack.
