Dawg, all it takes is one person to tell where everyone stands, and then their jobs are easy.

Hunters: Press autoshot.
Priests: Heal the people who are dying.
Warrior: Hold the monster on you (One of the people who needs to know what hes doing)
Rogue: Sit behind the monster and just spam SS/BS/Evisc(orSnD)
Mage: Press frostbolt over and over.
Warlock: Have imp out, press shadowbolt over and over.
Paladins/Shamans: Cleanse lawl. Shaman will do totems also...



Woot! That is the strategy for 80% of ALL bosses.

Nope, I could care less about raiding. Im a hardcore world pvper myself, but I havent played the game for 3-4 months now.

That is the most rediculous "strategy" iv'e ever seen in my life.  You're right about the warrior, although you make it sound like it's simple to hold aggro with the warrior.  I played a priest and warrior to 60, a mage and rogue to 45, and a paladin to 40..  the priest was definately the hardest class to play because no other class has to make up for the shortcomings of other people.  There are SO SO many more variables to gameplay and the main one is adapting to other people's gameplay and the strength of the party (including their items, skill, etc..).

There is no way to explain the best way to play in a 3 paragraph post.

Then don't try to call killing bosses like C'thun, Ouru, Twin Emperors, Viscidus, Huhuran, Sartura easy...  :roll: Same goes for most BWL bosses...

Your post really only applies to UBRS and the first half of MC... which is all you have probably done.

Plus: Dont give a malarkey. When I used to play MC was the only 40man and people were still 15-manning BRD. No battlegrounds, and everyone in blues. Good forkin' times.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Yeah, that would be fair. Me in all blues vs your no-life ass in all epics. My account with my rogue on it was banned a long time ago, im just using a friends account with a premade on the test server.

Don't use equipment as an excuse. I have the crappiest items a 60 rogue could ever hope to have and I still kick lots of epiced out 60's asses.
Sure, good equipment can help, but it isn't a replacement for skill.

Kyrie, it's getting to the point where gear = skill very, very fast. When people are running around in Tier3 and/or Naxx items, blues and greens wont even be able to keep up.

Raid or Quit.

Guess what I chose?



-edit- I love the test server, though, everyone is in similar gear and I rape people. Dont even need cooldowns other than the occasional vanish.
