Newbie guide and #cast commands please..

I have searched dead link after dead link I finally found this link and... havent found the info I need =(

I've had the Tribes game for a long long time quit playing before I ever heard about the trpg mod.. finally heard of it and came back. but now is unpopular and all the links are dead

I need help please  :-[

There may be a copy of the newbie guide on the Ironsphere forums, but until it's found I can help.

#cast - usage:  #cast spellname

Spells:
fireball
firebomb
thorn
icespike
hellstorm
dimensionrift
icestorm
ironfist
cloud
melt
powercloud
beam

Those aren't really in order, but just check each one to see the requirements for each one.  To check them, type:  #w spellname

I'll post again when I find a newbie guide.  Maybe I should put one on my website under and information section or something.

Also, someone post the site where to download Deus.  Deus has the newbie guide built in to let you see it during the game.
