Saw it. Saw the video of the noose being put around his neck.

I by no means support him in any way, shape, or form, but simply for him being a human being, i can't help but feel a slight twinge of pity for him.....





Good thing it's only slight.



p.s. Some conspiracy theorists claim that it was just another saddam lookalike.

There isn't a whole lot to see in that video. It's poor quality and the camera is bouncing all over. You see them walk him up, put the noose on, then he just kinda falls out of sight. Then they show him hanging there.
Not nearly graphic as the video of the person being decapitated.

Personally, I'm against any form of execution.

Something interesting about the execution (that I heard).  The execution was not conducted as planned.  In actuality, local militias had bullied the government into handing Saddam over so that they could hang him themselves.
