Could anyone tell me how to check the maximum refresh rate of my monitor?  I would like to match my card to what it can handle..  (its a trinitron 17" flatscreen)

lol... I'm not going to even bother reading the 9 pages on this thread... I feel that if I did, I'd have major issues or feel about 3x dumber when I finish...

well congrads on getting this forum sooo congested!  I can only read like 1 in every 300 posts because they travel by too fast for me to actually catch up with it
