Title: Characters screwing up when joining

Everything with my server has been going all fine and dandy except for one thing. It seems that my dedicated players; when they try to connect to the server all they get is a black screen at about the time they should be joining team citizen (No, it doens't say "No spawn points available). They keep dropping and reconnecting but it won't seem to fix itself. I've been trying to find a solution for this minor bug, but I can't seem to hit the nail on the head.

Please help me out here. Thanks in advance.

Ask them to make a new character =/

Open their characters and see if they've been messed up.

"Chop Syndrome" I like to call it.
