Oh yeah, the RW II pwns the RW I. I will not get a new card till the X800 AIW comes out. I can still play UT2k4 at max everything, at perfection. As can I maxpayne 2, and farcry. Before you go bashing things that you no not of, stfu. There is no visual difference in games between the 9800Pro and 9600XT as of yet. Once Doom 3 and HL2 comes out that will change, still not greatly though. I have $500 saved for an X800 AIW once they are released. Oh, did I mention I am a certified ATI Cat beta tester?

First: "Jealus", I think not. I have a machine that meets all my needs.
Second: I have had a job for 15 years until it was "outsourced" by the Mexicans. I have worked my ass off for everything that I have.
Third: Don't go assuming that I know nothing about what I am talking about. I will assume because you are a tester for ATI that you opinions might be a little biased.
Lastly: There is no reason to get hostile when I am just having a good, thought provoking, conversation and not attacking you in any way. (so relax) I just happen to prefer GForce video cards. There are many reasons. Foremost being that I got a good large meg card for under $100. I guess I could spend $500.00 on the latest thing, but why? I can just wait a year and get the same thing for less than $200

My LAPTOP with 64Mb video runs Max Payne 2 at full everything, It isn't a very hardware-intensive game. LMAO

Post by: LastWish on July 7, 2004 08:33 pm CDT: Before the last big update (1.11 I think it is?), I had a level 97 nova sorc with all the good hacked items.. +3 all skills sorc ammy, bugged valor, 2 occy rings, bugged string of ears, stormshield (and lidless eye when I needed FCR), occulus.. the valor and the stormshield had the bugged havok jewels in them (each one gave like +5% life and mana, so I had like 5000 hp and like 8000 mana). I had a friend who was a reseller and duped lots of items, so he gave me all of that..

The skill level for nova was 45 (20 base +25 with + skill items and charms.. whole inventory was full of + light skill charms, except 2 rows which were all the best small +life/mana charms.. forget the number now.), so needless to say it completely raped hell cows and anything that wasn't immune to lightning in the hell acts.

I also had a level 93 barb with all those hacked items (except he had dual leech rings, valk helm, IK boots and IK gloves for the +STR, and 2 bugged eth colosus blades (usually used 1 and the stormshield in hell, but for other acts used dual blades). I also had my entire inventory full of faster run/walk charms on the barb, so he achieved the warp effect (for dueling) so I could kill sorcs and people with teleport items.. noone could beat it. He didn't do nearly as well in PvM though.. he was mainly PvP or a boss killer for the sorc.

Aside from that, I had a charge paladin for dueling (schaeffers hammer, and the barb items which were mostly bugged).. it was fun to play but wasn't as good as the barb.. it was best for killing weak barbs and javazons/other paladins.

Yeah.. diablo was the first game I really played on the computer, and as you can see I pretty much went all out on multiplayer.. all my characters are cleared now. I quit when the update happened and all my bugged items turned into other things. I made a skelemancer after the 1.11 update, and got it to like 45, but I just can't play diablo anymore.. too boring.

My barb was probably my worst character, it was also my first. All he deed was spin and leech.
I had 2 good sorcerers, good for power leveling people.
I had a amazon that was becoming quite respectable around lvl 72
And my favorite, my necro. Unstoppable. :D )

I don't see the fun in power leveling, or using hacked items, or trainers, unless you make them yourself.

Well at first, I had all legit items.. I used an FCR set on my nova sorc (perfect skin of vipermagi, perfect shako, gull dagger had + to FCR I think, but I used an occulus, string of ears, war travellors, +2 lit skill ammy, SOJs for rings. I also had a nice MF set.. tals set, perfect chanceguards, perfect war travellors, 2 MF rings, gull dagger, and the shako.. when I started dueling, everyone had hacked items, so the only way for me to be even with them was to get some myself =/
