Title: apprentice store?

i am a newbie cleric (lv 25), and i am having trouble finding the apprentice.  i asked the bot about robes and stuff and found the apprentice store, but the apprentice isn't there.  i talked to a guy in town (Nevim) who was pissed off at the apprentice and i completed his quest.  would this have anything to do with why the apprentice is not showing up?  or is there another way for me to buy caster equipment?  thanks.

There are three houses behind Keldrin. Two are easy to find but the third one is farther back, higher in the hills. NNW of town. I don't think he gives you the option to buy like a merchant does, so just say Hi, Buy and he'll show you what he has.
