Title: CIPSEC Broken?

The cipsec website appears to be down, as does the extra measure of security provided by it. Is this a known issue?

i think particle is still in the process of updating some stuff for the server, probably hasnt put cipsec back up yet

It will remain offline for the short term.  I plan to re-implement it on MSSQL.
