Player Made Guilds

Particle Can we make it that, If somone wants to start a Guild that it will be Legal to kill other members in Other Guilds? Its getting anoying that people in a different Guild go about in Groups of 3 or 4 and mug people. If we would legally target them and PK them thinks would get better.  Maybe people would stop Making little Joke Party's!

who cares if they make a guild and want to call themselves jedi's or the freaking easter bunnies... play some other mod
