CS is actually worth playing..

Mainly because it will enhance the gameplay for every other game you play.. Especially if you have surround sound..

I remember going through half-life a few months ago after I was playing CS for a while, and my reaction time was so quick, They never stood a chance..

I also noticed while playing laser tag in the dark, I could notice things at a really fast rate..

Call CS a steroid for other games if you will..

Q3A will further enhance those reflexes.  It requires much faster response time, believe me.

Gotta love SBC with their 6Mbps tier for 45$
(Yes, on their site it only shows 3Mbps, but it is actually 6Mbps, I would know :)).

I never played 3D WS, but I did play the WS for DOS 6.0

I knew that one in and out, so nice when you played it in "baby" mode, the picture they showed of him to detail the hardness of it on that mode was: he had head gear on, and pacifier (or a whilste) in his mouth.

Also played Duke Nukem on Dos 6.0

Ever play woldenstein 3d?  It's an oooold ass game, and this game is a sort of sequel...

RTCW is actually an extension of the origional WS.  You start out in castle wolfenstein in the beginning of the game.

I remember 3d WS! Like very old came first WS game.
LMAO. Good times, you push walls and get like the rocket launcher and kill guys that scream like retarded monkeys. It was fairly good back then, heh good times, good times.

There wasnt a rocket launcher....

Oh I loved the old WS. It was a fun game back then. I liked the noise when you'd pick up the treasure. lol

The treasure noise made me want to drink water for some strange reason...

Hmm.  Well, the only way I can describe it would be a... glass bottle, fat around the middle, slim neck and mouth, being tapped with something metal.  Its...  It makes me want to chug water...

dude... that was the second incarnation of wolf3d. ;-)

The first incarnation was in 2 colors (monocrome) if I remember right, and it sucked so bad that nobody player that unless they were unbelievably bored.  (nintendo was better at that point)

As far as the rocket launcher... I am not sure... see... I remember there was a flamethrower, but that was for the registered version.

I only had the sharewared episode 1.

Also... in the full reg version you go back in after you escape in the first episode... and then you fight some doctor guy who throws hypodermics at you and soome other heavy weapons boss.  I had the full version for the mac, but my mac was ancient and it ran like mollsasses... so anything I did in it was cheat mode or I wouldn't be able to live more than half a second.

btw.... never did cheat in the first one on the imbclone :-)

Ohh... the treasure chest sound will vary a little bit depending on what sound card or PC speaker you had.  I forget what mine had, but it sounded pretty goofy.  I actually heard 2 of the 3 types of counds (I think there were 3) because I had 2 computers who were of different cards... the adlib and the pcspeaker. :-p

//ramble....

There were only 4 weapons in Wolfenstein 3D along with 6 episodes.
Knife, Pistol, Sub-machine gun, Machine gun

I remember when they brought it out for Super Nintendo it had rocket launchers and flame throwers and a map!  It was actually more fun than the PC version.
