Davis Out, Schwarzenegger Wins

Seems the Terminator is the new governor of California...wonder what is first thing to terminate will be.
Has anyone watched the campaigning for the election, or followed it? He seems to be really into, he just doesn't look the part. Maybe he'll go for senator in a few years.

Who lives in Cali here? And how do you feel about this?

I live here, as my info thing states, and I really don't care yet.  Everything is so screwed up in this state (with all the bills we keep passing to spend more money that we don't have) that I personally don't think the person in charge matters any more.

What needs to change are the people in this state; stop passing bills, propositions, and acts which cost more money on the yearly budget that we don't have to spend;  Quit trying to lobby for the Fed's to pay off our debt.; and finally, go back to the 80's and take a look at recycle, reduce, reuse! ! ! :-p

But... that's just a take on it and to each their own.

That's one of the reasons living in Kansas is nice.  Nothing big ever happens here.  I don't even know who our governor is, and I don't know of any real problems.  It's just a podunk state with about 2.5 million people living in it.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

Ignorance would be a good descriptor if there was something to be ignorant of.  Nothing ever really happens in Kansas except for abortions (which I personally don't agree with) and the occasional murder.
