Lets get started early

Is anyone working on PCRPG for the Unreal warfare engine yet? We don't need T:V to get some of the classes done...

The most basic classes will be enough of the same thing that code made using UT2003 classes will work with T:V through some changes in the code dependencies.

If someone is working on this already, I'd be happy to help. I'm just getting the hang of uscript now  :D

Edit: I didn't put this into development subforum because I wanted this thread to get more attention...

So we can just use the UnrealEd for now?  First, lets pump out some conceptual designs and drawings for characters.  We can build from there.

I would, but I don't know how different it'll end up being.  I don't want people doing a lot of work that turns out to be useless.  I suppose we could start some of the code though.  I need to get UT2k3 reinstalled on my machine.

Developers need to be reachable by MSN or ICQ (ICQ pref).  If you run either of these, let's get hooked up.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

Not that I have heard of... the only really tribes oriented people were the tribes dev team and the mod makers, and none of the foretold converters for tribes from other files or to other files came a bout... unfortunately. :-/

errata... expands is no longer supported by the current version of the unreal engine, use extends instead
