Parts... Need Help.

hallo all... i know some of you are into cars and the misc things that revolve around them....

i am looking for parts for a 1998 VW Golf GTi....

the rims are the hardest to find because it is running the 4x113 lug pattern... which is a biatch to match.

the other thing i have been looking for is an ECU, i have found 2 companies with them.... but was looking for any other (i have bosche and autoThority)

Have you been to a local "junk yard" or parts dealer?  (I bet you have... but I figured I'd ask anyway :-p)

I found parts for my 1984 Jimmy at parts yards... "auto dismantlers" is what those types of places seem to call themselfes. :-)
