(I don't know why I'm posting this here. Probably because Particle checks his mail on an infrequent basis, and if there were any witnesses to anything, they can speak up here.)

Several days ago, while on my Tokath character, I overheard an argument going on in Mino's. Someone had apparently mugged all of Romulus' items  (Romulus is one of my friends). Not to be deterred, he did what most people would do, and started casting spells at the Minos instead. This annoyed someone else in there named Leon. A few minutes passed and eventually Leon threatened Romulus with death if he wouldn't stop casting spells. A fight ensued and I came to the lair -- AS TOKATH, AND ON TEAM CITIZEN -- and bashed Leon. I was not in a house, but he was within Tokath's PK range, so it didn't matter.

A few days later, Leon and Romulus were in the lair again. I was on Taurik this time, which is not within the PK range for Leon. However, it did look as though Leon was AFK, so I mentioned it. Leon did not respond, or turn around, or anything. A few of the peoole leveling in Mino's with him said he was probably AFK. So I mimiced, and just before I hit him, he turned to face me and took the first of what would become 10 or 20 screenshots of me doing absolutely nothing.

I guess what I want to know is, how many of the things I did here are ILLEGAL?

1. Killing Leon once, while not mimiced, and within his PK range
2. Mimicing with intent to kill an AFKer, but not actually killing him

Leon has dozens of screenshots of all of this occuring, and has the intent to forward it on to Particle. Only his version states that I mimic killed him as Tokath (Why would I do that when I can legally target the idiot?) and that I mimic killed him later as Taurik (Which his own screenshots, my own screenshots, and the testimony of everyone else there, denies.)

Let's hypothetically assume, for a moment, that I did kill you out of PK range a few days ago.

According to the rules, that means I deserve a warning.

Let's assume that I did it again today, in defiance of two sets of screenshots and testimony that says I didn't.... I deserve a second warning and you deserve replacement of LCK points.

I don't even know why I'm bothering to defend myself against you when, should I find myself guilty of crimes I didn't commit, I would get only a few warnings and the obligation of replacing 1 LCK (which you didn't lose illegally) and 1 LCK (which you never lost at all). I guess it's the principle of the thing....

It happens to the best of us. Help police the server from the unscrupolous who feel the need to actually break the rules without breaking any yourself and those same lowlives do thier best to try to get you banned or deleted using tricks like that. (tried it on me right there in minos as well by going inside with the minos and committing suicide and then blaming it on me) so that they can go back to ruining the fun of others in peace.
Its the price you pay for helping the community.

In either case, you did no wrong. a single pk in level range is ok and even if you HAD bashed him in minos, you would have done no wrong. It does not matter if someone is actually afk or acting like they afk, if they are unresponsive and not moving, they ARE afk according to the rules even if they are sitting right there acting because they are unresponsive and adversly affecting the game.

The more encounters with Leon I have, the more I think he's living in his own universe, oblivious to everyone and everything else: Just recently ClickFire asked me for a new elven robe and some wind walkers.. both he and Leon were still in Mino's. So I walk up, #createpack for ClickFire, and I'm about to leave when Leon accuses me of coming in there to harass him. Righty-o, man, righty-o. So when I do leave, he accuses me of running away from dicekilla, who was also in the lair.

I want some of whatever Leon is using to help him achieve these other-worldly states of perception...

This whole post is pointless the real reason you posted this is out of fear of being cleared which is not even the case when I talked to particle I didn't even mention you Instead we talked about other things. There are various reasons for what you're doing.
A. You want people to back you.
B. You want an excuse for you're actions.
C. You're trying to make me look like the criminal.
D. you're scared

The story gose like this romulus gose (AFK) gets robbed then gets all upset then starts to accuse a another char who has no sp in steal thn he gets mad so he stands in the hallway to keep mino's stuck to wall I asked him 5 times to come get under us so we all could lvl he continues to cast on the mino's making them stick to the wall so he is the only one who hits them so i ask him to go get money and buy new gear then he says: No then i told him I would kill him if he didn't stop His Reponse: I don't care I have no gear and 0 lck I have nothing to loose. This pisses me off so i kill him then Taurik who is forever Double logged gets on his other char who is suppose to be a bot char and bashes me. After I got killed by Trurik romulus still wants to fight me he cast spells on me and killed me so i killed him 3 times then Dice Came to protect him from me so i left mino couple secs passed by then dice killed romulus then romulus and truik started crying again then started to insult his intelligence and mines.
I then left I didn't play for 3 days when I came back today he starts up crap again continues to bother me. I was leveling in minos with 3 other people using auto cast heal with 2 people standing on my head i see him coming in the mines in zone then i try to turn auto cast off before he got to me so i could fly away but before I got it off i saw him running towards me in mimic so turned in his direction and backed back flew away from him and took a screen shot. He stays in mino for about 3 mins then leaves gose to cent comes back mimiced as one of them stands by me for 5 mins then gose to town then comes back mimics mino again and stays near me for almost a full hour. After I told him I had particle on msn is when he ran to forums and posted this.

I notice some-thing you double log very often on top of that when romulus got killed afk you where posting on forums then you came back and started trying to get everyone to go to forums so they would support you. The whole time you did that romulus was afk you where in town. You went into the unknown then romulus comes back and you did't say one word then romulus starts to talk after couple secs you respond so when you are at computer romulus is usally afk but when both of you are at computer you talk back to back if not that it's long message -short message you know how to make you're bot char respond while you're talking so I would't be surprized if you were tripple logging. Not to many people complain because you let them use you're char when you're lvling you're chars

A. I simply want people to hear my side of the story, not necessarily back me. B. I require no excuse for legal actions. C. See A. Sigh. D. If I was scared of the potential punishment for crimes I didn't commit -- two warnings and replacing LCK money -- you'd be the first to know about it, believe me.

I don't know exactly what happened before I got into the lair, because all I have is two people's stories. Quite frankly, I don't care. All I know is that I arrived just in time to see you kicking the crap out of Romulus, and decided to end it right there.

then Taurik who is forever Double logged gets on his other char who is suppose to be a bot char and bashes me -- First of all, I was given permission to double log to run a heal bot. The whole purpose of the double logging rule is to prevent you from power leveling on yourself, which I don't do... in fact, I get no benefit whatsoever. Even my defense casting is maxed. Secondly, Tokath is Not "supposed" to be anything. He's just my other char, and he usually finds himself on bot duty because Taurik is better.

After I told him I had particle on msn is when he ran to forums and posted this. -- After you told me you had Particle on msn is when I got really, really tired of this BS and decided to FINALLY defend myself. And for your information, I was not in Mino's to bother YOU; Romulus was in there leveling with you, and I was discussing scripting with him in #zone. I can discuss matters with my friends wherever the hell I choose, and if my mere presence annoys you, so be it.

then leaves gose to cent comes back mimiced as one of them -- Do I EVEN need to point out the obvious idiocy with this post? When was the last RL3 you saw that could mimic a damned Cent? -_-

And to that last, final paragraph where you descended into complete incoherence, forgot how to use a comma AND a period, and attempted to accuse me of being Romulus.... that, right there, is the funniest thing I've read all week.

You have been banned from here before because of your constant jibes, insults and trolling. Just recently, Pecker had to delete several of your posts in order to save you from having it happen again.
I made a post in this thread to support a friend of mine who is taking up where I and several others left off and is actually doing thier best to make the server a better place for all to play in peace. No "hidden messages" or anything of that nature. And I claim to be nothing other than an honest man who did his best to help the server.
If you feel the need to continue flooding this forum with insults, lies and trolling, you will most likely be well on your way to being banned again. If you feel the need to harrass me, please do so using the PM function so no one else has to listen to the drama. :roll:
