Is double-teaming legal?
« on: June 26, 2005 03:35 pm CDT »
Just as the topic says: Is double teaming when mugging legal? When two people go after you at the same time and trap you so you can't escape and then rob you blind? Im getting the feeling that the answer is "yes" it's legal because theyre both acting within bounds, as long as they dont steal more than 2 items each within 30 minutes....but working together?

If they're dumb enough to sit there and watch as their items disappear then maybe they deserve it? I always just disconnected, and if they do get the item before you disconnect.. then it makes you appreciate and value your items that much more in the future.

I think "they" were smart enough to quit before they lost anything, but then "they" rejoined and were triple teamed against in the KTown Banker, so "they" were getting very upset and impatient

Sounds like "they" aren't too popular in the PCRPG server...

You can team up.  By all means, do so.  Just don't break any rules individually.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.

because "!you!" were mad because you got double teamed and hoped that if it wasnt allowed, they would get punished.  but seeing as they werent breaking a rule and didnt get punished, you are now frustrated.
