Misc Issues

There's something wrong with the skills.  Level 1 cap seems to be there for legit characters.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

I fixed the speech skill problem.  There is no longer that You have raised your skill in  (0).  message every time you talk.

Everything I find on the beta someone else posts about before I get a chance to,  Yes I suck lol. But I have told evil a few and he passes em on so I don't suck soooo bad lol. I'll keep my eye out.
