that's just it though. I'm not looking to play movies, email, play games, organize, messenger, web browse, do finanaces, or edit text. Hell, the LCD screen would be useless because i would never even look at the damn thing: i'd be driving!!

I only use my ipod for when I'm in the car (using itrip).  Its the 4gig Ipod Mini (the best one ever, IMO, since it is so much tougher), and unfortunately I cant fit all my music on it.

For when I work out, I carry my psp with me.  I have ampache running on my webserver, serving up all of my music library to an RSS feed.  My school's gym recieves wifi at 90% signal, so I link up to the feed there, and there you have it!  My entire library goes with me wherever there is a hotspot.

If you had the capability, you would.  I'm just saying that it'll do everything an iPod will do (only better, since you can play any format you want to natively) and also provide other abilities.  You may not always want to use it for music.  There are times that you want a music video that isn't on a 1" TFT or look up something on google.  It's all available.

As a point of history:  Our last server clear was on September 27, 2004.  That is 4963 days ago (13.6 years) as of today.

If you're visiting after a long hiatus and have forgotten your password, try emailing me via the support form at http://www.pcrpg.org.

If your character is from after the 2004 clear but appears to have been deleted or reset, chances are it was caught in one of the inactive account purges over the years.  Backups were made before such events, so try the support form.
